Pipeliner and Collabspot Bring CRM Inside Gmail

Pipeliner CRM today announced an integration with Collabspot, an email connector app, enabling businesses and individuals to integrate and connect Gmail with the Pipeliner CRM application.

Collabspot is a Google Chrome extension that integrates services in Gmail. Collabspot subscribers can access any supported application right in their Gmail sidebar, and there's no limitation on how many apps can be integrated in Gmail.

"We're delighted to bring two everyday, heavy-use applications even closer together," said Jérémi Joslin, co-founder of Collabspot, in a statement. "Since most salespeople live in their inboxes, it's important to give them elegant tools to make them more productive but that don't get in the way."

The advantage to using Collabspot and Pipeliner CRM together is in having both platforms highly aligned for maximum efficiency in the sales process. Pipeliner CRM brings comprehensive sales process to teams of all sizes, encompassing lead management, sales forecasting, social selling, and visual representations of the entire deal flow.

Benefits of this integration include the following:

  • Automatically displays Pipeliner CRM information based on the email addresses of contacts;
  • View accounts, contacts, tasks, activities, opportunities, leads, and notes.
  • Create new contacts in Pipeliner CRM.
  • Use Collabspot shared Gmail templates in one click.

"We see the Collabspot integration as important to our customers because blending worktools will make them more efficient and able to devote time to more productive sales activities. This is key to our strategy of helping our customers use the innovative Pipeliner platform with their essential systems, designed for maximum efficiency," said Todd Martin, vive president of global ISV and partner alliances at Pipeliner CRM, in a statement. "Partnering with Collabspot on this integration will bring an enormous business value to sales teams."
