Pipedrive MCP Connector Is Now Available in Claude's Official Marketplace

Pipedrive, providers of a CRM for small and medium-sized businesses, has made its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connector available in Anthropic's Claude connector marketplace, enabling sales teams to connect Pipedrive to Claude.

"Customers increasingly expect to work with their CRM data wherever their work happens. The strong early adoption of Pipedrive MCP, reaching more than 6 percent of our paying customer base in its first month, shows there is real demand for that flexibility," said Joe Futty, chief product and technology officer at Pipedrive, in a statement. "Making Pipedrive directly available in Claude gives customers a simpler way to bring their CRM into the AI tools they choose to use."

The Pipedrive MCP Connector lets Claude interact with supported Pipedrive CRM data and actions. Users can retrieve activities and deals, access CRM records, update contact information, add notes, and capture meeting information. The connector now also supports Leads so users can retrieve existing leads from Pipedrive, create new leads in Pipedrive, or update existing Pipedrive leads.

Previously, users connected Pipedrive and Claude by manually configuring the MCP server URL. Now, new users can find Pipedrive directly inside Claude and connect their accounts without manual configuration. Existing connections have been automatically migrated to the marketplace connector and continue to work as before. Customers on a manual connection can switch by disconnecting it and reconnecting through Claude's marketplace.
