Pega Expands FedRAMP Class D Certified Capabilities in Pega Cloud for Government

Pegasystems has expanded the FedRAMP Class D Certified capabilities available within Pega Cloud for Government.

This latest certification (formerly known as FedRAMP High Authorized) adds a broad set of Pega's artificial intelligence-powered workflow automation, decisioning, and process optimization capabilities to Pega Cloud for Government, enabling federal agencies to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and make more effective use of AI while maintaining compliance with federal requirements.

Pega Cloud for Government helps agencies address this challenge by bringing together AI, decisioning, workflow automation, and case management capabilities on a single enterprise platform.

Key new capabilities include the following:

• Pega Platform brings together AI, case management, workflow automation, and application development capabilities on a single platform to help agencies design, run, and continuously improve mission-critical processes and constituent engagements.
• Pega Customer Decision Hub enables agencies to apply real-time decisioning and AI-powered next-best-action intelligence to citizen engagement, benefits administration, and service delivery initiatives.
• Pega Process AI applies AI to help identify inefficiencies, automate routine work, and improve execution of complex processes.
• Pega Collections helps agencies manage financial obligations and recovery programs through intelligent prioritization, decisioning, and engagement strategies.
• Pega PremBridge enables secure connectivity between Pega Cloud-hosted capabilities and agency-managed AI environments.

The FedRAMP standardization program assessed these capabilities in Pega Cloud for Government across hundreds of security controls for security and risk management vulnerabilities. FedRAMP Class D Certified status validates that Pega Cloud for Government can help mitigate the unique risks associated with cloud computing environments and the sensitive nature of high-impact federal data.
