Paytronix Brings Messaging to Access Evo

Paytronix, an Access Hospitality company and provider of guest engagement solutions for restaurants and convenience stores, has added Paytronix Messaging inside its Access Evo guest engagement platform, enabling marketers to create, test, schedule, and manage targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

By connecting campaign execution with loyalty and guest behavior data, marketers can reach relevant audiences and understand which campaigns influence visits, redemptions, and spend. Marketers can also see visit rate, redemption rate, average spend, and traditional engagement metrics in one performance dashboard.

At launch, Paytronix Messaging includes the following:

  • A simplified campaign workflow: Marketers can build, launch, schedule, and manage targeted campaigns through a guided four-step process designed to reduce setup time and dependence on support.
  • Connected cross-channel execution: Teams can manage email, SMS, and push campaigns using consistent audiences, control groups, and reward configurations.
  • Guest and loyalty data activation: Marketers can use connected loyalty, transaction, offer, and guest behavior data to identify and reach relevant audiences without relying on a separate engagement platform.
  • Business outcome reporting: A unified performance dashboard displays visit rate, redemption rate, average spend, opens, and clicks, helping marketers connect campaign activity with guest behavior.
  • Campaign experimentation: Split testing allows marketers to compare messaging approaches, learn what resonates with different audiences, and apply those insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Faster campaign reuse and planning: Teams can duplicate successful campaigns and view scheduled activity through a centralized campaign calendar.

"Bringing Paytronix Messaging to Access Evo is an important milestone in the evolution of our guest engagement platform," said Santosh Neupane, principal product manager at Paytronix, in a statement. "It gives hospitality marketers a simpler way to act on connected guest and loyalty data, deliver relevant campaigns, and measure impact through visits, redemptions, and spend. Just as importantly, it creates the foundation for us to continue expanding our messaging, automation, personalization, and intelligence capabilities over time."

For companies seeking more sophisticated engagement orchestration, Advanced Messaging adds automated, behavior-based guest journeys to the core Messaging experience.

Through Journey Builder, marketers can create multi-touch journeys that respond to guest actions, such as visits, clicks, and redemptions. Behavioral decision logic can move guests through different paths based on their actions, while progressive incentives allow marketers to reserve their strongest rewards for guests who need additional motivation. Journey-level reporting helps teams identify the messages, paths, and incentives associated with visits, redemptions, engagement, and spend.
