P360 Launches ZING Engagement Suite

P360, a provider of technology for the life sciences industry, today launched the ZING Engagement Suite, which helps pharmaceutical sales teams engage with healthcare professionals (HCP) at scale.

The ZING Engagement Suite is designed to enhance communication channels with features like text messaging, two-way voice and video calling, on-screen collaboration and form sharing, inbound communications with QR code scanning, artificial intelligence (AI) assistance, signature capture, integrations, and more.

The expanded ZING Engagement Suite is the next generation of P360's ZING Communication Module. It is a unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) platform that enables pharmaceutical sales teams to engage with healthcare professionals via multiple modalities .

The ZING Engagement Suite enables pharmaceutical sales and marketing teams to do the following:

  • Communicate with healthcare providers via two-way text messaging, two-way voice calling, or video calling.
  • Deploy intelligent bots for automated responses to inbound requests.
  • Capture signatures instantly, as standard forms can be uploaded to the platform, sent via text message for electronic signature, and then integrated into systems of record.
  • Provide QR codes that enable instant text, call, or video communication.
  • Co-browse and share forms.
  • Use a smart scheduling engine for booking multiparty appointments.
  • Use AI-powered content moderation for outbound messages to avoid social or business-related inappropriate language.
