Oracle Adds Flytxt AI and Analytics to Digital Experience for Communications
Oracle has chosen Flytxt's AI and Analytics solutions for its enhanced Digital Experience for Communications, its solution to drive data-driven digital experiences for its communication service provider (CSP) clients.
Oracle's enhanced Digital Experience for Communications uses Flytxt's artificial intelligence and machine learning models developed, trained, and refined using insights from trillions of samples from more than a billion customers. It will give sales, marketing, and care teams more precision and personalization when launching products and offers as well as supporting customers.
Flytxt's AI and Analytics solutions brings product-centric insights into performance, channel uptake, and campaign mode efficiency to Oracle's Digital Experience for Communications.
Flytxt is a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.
