NIQ Launches TDLinx Audiences

Consumer intelligence company NIQ today launched TDLinx Audiences, a suite of local audiences enabling marketers to reach consumers based on their proximity to specific retailers, retail banners, and retail channels.

Built from NIQ's trusted retail location intelligence, TDLinx Audiences help companies align media investments with the retailers most relevant to their business for more precise audience targeting.

TDLinx Audiences enable marketers to support shopper marketing initiatives, competitive audience targeting, and channel-specific growth strategies. Now available through The Trade Desk in the United States, NIQ provides more than 270 syndicated TDLinx Audience segments across more than a dozen retail channels and thousands of verified locations of major national, regional, and specialty retailers. Custom TDLinx Audiences can be developed on request.

"Ultimately, every campaign is judged by its ability to drive sales where products are sold," said Maureen Stapleton, global commercial lead of NIQ's Media Division, in a statement. "Without visibility into retailer proximity, marketers are missing a critical signal that influences purchase behavior. TDLinx Audiences help close that gap, enabling brands to align media investments with the retailers and channels most important to their growth, supporting more efficient media activation."

The launch of TDLinx Audiences further expands NIQ's local targeting capabilities and complements the company's established GeoPurchase Audiences, which help advertisers identify ZIP codes with strong category demand, growth potential, or competitive opportunity. Together, GeoPurchase and TDLinx Audiences provide a comprehensive local targeting solution: GeoPurchase Audiences help marketers identify where opportunity exists, while TDLinx Audiences help advertisers reach consumers based on their proximity to specific retailers and retail channels.
