Marketo, Sprinklr Partner with Hybris on Marketing Solution

Marketo, a provider of engagement marketing software and solutions, and hybris software, an SAP company, are partnering to integrate Marketo's Engagement Marketing Platform with hybris' newly launched hybris Marketing solution. As a result, brands will be able to leverage contextual customer data from across the enterprise and other sources to create omnichannel marketing campaigns.

At the same time, Sprinklr announced its selection as the social launch partner for the SAP hybris Marketing solution. As hyrbis' social launch partner, Sprinklr will integrate with the SAP hybris Marketing platform to enable social experience management to hybris customers around the world. In addition, with Sprinklr, hybris customers will be able to use real-time data analysis to continuously update unified customer profiles, improve business intelligence, and predict future commerce activities.

Sprinklr is a member of the hybris Extend program, working with SAP to integrate traditional and social customer data, engaging customers with the right content at the right time and providing comprehensive real-time reporting for brands on campaign performance.
