KnoahSoft Releases Harmony Cloud WFO Solution

KnoahSoft, a workforce optimization (WFO) solutions provider, today launched its new Harmony Cloud solution.

KnoahSoft Harmony Cloud is a secure, enterprise-ready workforce optimization (WFO) solution delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. For as little as $20 per month per agent, contact centers can leverage KnoahSoft Harmony Cloud.

KnoahSoft Harmony Cloud enables contact centers to integrate customer experience disciplines, such as quality management, speech analytics, call recording, coaching and learning, balanced scorecards, and deep reporting, into their customer interaction processes.

All Harmony Cloud deployments leverage the Microsoft Azure platform. When required, the Microsoft Azure platform also enables users to separate data by specific geographies to adhere to local laws and regulations.

The company released version 4.0 of the Harmony WFO suite a year ago.
