Janrain Integrates with Oracle Marketing Cloud
Janrain, a provider of customer identity management solutions and technology, has integrated with Oracle Marketing Cloud through the addition of Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Responsys Cross-Channel Marketing Solutions, providing marketers with actionable insights and data.
This integration allows marketers to sync authenticated customer data to deliver more personalized and targeted marketing messages. Janrain recently launched its third-generation data integrations solution, allowing marketers to incorporate data from the Janrain platform into Eloqua, a marketing automation system, and Responsys, an email marketing system.
Through Oracle Marketing Cloud and the Janrain platform, brands can gather permission-based customer data to target their audiences with relevant products, services, and offers via email, push and SMS. Janrain captures verified email addresses and validated mobile phone numbers at point of signup and registers new customers via their social profiles. Brands using the Janrain platform through the Oracle Marketing Cloud include Philips and SBS Australia.

The move signals a greater push by Janrain into the CRM space. In mid-February, the company launched a Customer Care Portal.
