Insightly Integrates with PandaDoc

Insightly has integrated its CRM application with PandaDoc, enabling users to create and track proposals, quotes, and other sales collateral, and get electronic signatures. The integration with Insightly takes CRM data and merges it into prepared document templates.

From their PandaDoc accounts, users can create templates for day-to-day business documents, like proposals, contracts, and quotes. They can then set up tokens as placeholders for information that will be merged from Insightly, such as first name, last name, and email address and even use the custom fields they've added to Insightly in their documents.

Insightly will merge the information from contacts or leads right into the template to create new documents. Users can make final edits through the PandaDoc interface and then send or save the file.

Once the document is saved or sent, a link will be created right in Insightly to click through to the document in PandaDoc.
