IVR Technology Group and Jacada Partner

Through a partnership announced today, Jacada, a provider of customer service technology,is making its Visual IVR technology available to IVR Technology Group customers.

Jacada-designed Visual IVR facilitates the customer service experience by allowing it to begin from any mobile or Web device. After initiating a conversation, customers can enter their personal information, such as email address, user name, or free form text, that traditional IVRs are unable to collect. Callers can enter alphanumeric characters and send pictures. All information entered into the Visual IVR is transferred to the live agent for more streamlined service.
