Hoopla Partners with Xactly

Hoopla yesterday announced a new partnership with& Xactly, a provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, to deliver an integrated sales motivation and incentive compensation solution.

Hoopla and Xactly, two cloud software providers, have integrated Hoopla's Sales Motivation software with Xactly's Incent Express application for incentive compensation management.

Hoopla's Sales Motivation Platform helps managers motivate team performance using a combination of gamification, competition, and data analytics. Xactly Incent Express helps growing companies gain control of their incentive compensation by eliminating manual processes and costly errors caused by spreadsheets.

The integrated solution allows customers to create Xactly's quota attainment goals in Hoopla, and display each sales rep's progress toward quota attainment on Hoopla's live, televised leaderboards. When a rep reaches quota goal, Hoopla fires a live recognition event that broadcasts the rep's picture along with custom graphics and music announcing the accomplishment.

"Hoopla has been a strategic partner of Xactly's for some time now, and we use Hoopla's Sales Motivation Platform internally in our own sales organization," said Steve De Marco, vice president of worldwide sales at Xactly, in a statement. "Integrating our solutions is a natural next step in that partnership and will give our customers a way to bring Xactly's incentive compensation data to life in Hoopla."

"A large percentage of our customer base uses Xactly to manage their sales incentive compensation," said Michael Smalls, founder and CEO of Hoopla, in a statement. "Adding Xactly's quota attainment metrics to Hoopla gives them yet another tool for motivating and recognizing team performance."

The integrated solution is available now and is included in Hoopla's Sales Motivation Platform.

Last week, Hoopla also announced a partnership with Gainsight to integrate Sales Motivation with Gainsight's Customer Success platform.
