GlobalLogic Partners with ScoreData

GlobalLogic and ScoreData have entered into a partnership to help brands create and accelerate data-driven customer engagement initiatives and deploy and maintain predictive data models.

The partnership aims to leverage ScoreData's ScoreFast solution, which enables data scientists and business managers to collaborate and create consumer models for customer engagement. The platform uses dynamic machine learning (patent pending machine learning 2.0 technology).

"The existing approaches of getting useful data insights continue to present a significant challenge for most organizations," said Vas Bhandarkar, CEO of ScoreData, in a statement. "Our partnership with GlobalLogic gives customers quick access to our innovative technology with user-centric expert services to get outcomes delivered quickly and repeatably."

This partnership harnesses GlobalLogic's design-led engineering services for defining customer journeys, designing data architecture and models, and creating customized operational and executive dashboards for visualization and consumption of the data. Once programmed, ScoreData's machine learning algorithms will continue to tune the data models.
