Get Smart Content Launches Oracle Marketing Cloud App

Get Smart Content, makers of a Web site segmentation and targeting platform, today launched its Smart Content application in the Oracle Marketing AppCloud.

The Oracle Marketing AppCloud offers Oracle customers a broad set of marketing apps and data services to extend and optimize their technology investments. It provides data-driven solutions to simplify marketing resources and deliver more personalized customer-centric experiences across every channel to attract and retain customers. These modern marketing solutions connect cross-channel, email, mobile, content, and social marketing with data management capabilities and activation opportunities.

This new Smart Content application helps marketers achieve personalization throughout the B2B buyer's journey across ads, Web site visits, and email using Oracle Marketing Cloud technologies. Smart Content provides an enhanced data set, through the Oracle Data Cloud, which can help Oracle Marketing Cloud customers drive reach, relationships, and revenue.

With the Oracle Data Management Platform, enterprise marketers can discover and reach new audiences through a variety of third-party behavioral, firmographic, and demographic data. Smart Content connects this data to other referral and on-site data collected about visitors to enable more personalized experiences on the Web site and to provide additional targeting opportunities through acquisition activities, like display advertising.

Once on the Web site, Smart Content uses patented technology to serve personalized, dynamic content that starts to build a one-on-one relationship with visitors. By motivating visitors to complete a form, brands can turn anonymous visitors into known leads, and key behavioral and demographic data can be passed to customer relationship management (CRM) or marketing automation databases.

Once leads are identified, Oracle Marketing Cloud customers can use Oracle B2B Cross-Channel Marketing to nurture those leads and move them toward conversion. With Smart Content, personalization can extend beyond targeted email. As leads click through from a targeted email to the brand Web site, their personalized experience can continue throughout their final stages of research and consideration.
