Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is Integrated with Oracle Commerce

Emplifi, a customer experience platform provider and member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has integrated its Social Commerce Cloud with Oracle Commerce and made it available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

With the integration between Emplifi and Oracle Commerce platforms, companies can access product collections and catalogs configured in Oracle Commerce, then synchronize and sell across social media storefronts. Companies looking to capture and convert shoppers on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram shops also can access inventory and order status because of the real-time, bi-directional synchronization between the two platforms, coupled with real-time dashboards and analytics available in Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud.

"Today's shoppers are turning to social media to not only discover and research products, but to buy. This shift in consumer purchasing behavior is driving e-commerce and IT teams to invest, but each platform has its technical nuances," said Todd McCaslin, chief technology officer of Emplifi, in a statement. "With Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud, brands can easily orchestrate, integrate, and synchronize all social shops with leading e-commerce platforms like Oracle Commerce without heavy development effort."

"The cloud represents a huge opportunity for our partner community," said David Hicks, group vice-president of worldwide independent software vendor cloud business development at Oracle, in a statement. "Emplifi's commitment to innovation with Oracle Cloud and quality execution helps our mutual customers receive cloud-enabled CX solutions ready to meet critical business needs."

Emplifi's Social Commerce Cloud includes cross-channel ShopSync for e-commerce and storefront integration; ShopClerk conversational commerce to help answer consumer questions in real time; integrated social customer care tools for customer service; and Shop 360 Analytics to enable companies to measure real-time sales performance across all social shops through comprehensive, customizable dashboards and reports.
