Doxim Acquires DigitalMailer

Doxim, a provider of customer engagement solutions for financial services firms, has acquired DigitalMailer, which provides a suite of digital customer communications products and services for financial organizations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, Doxim extends its reach to more than 16 million consumers. DigitalMailer has more than 200 community financial organizations as clients.

Doxim plans to integrate DigitalMailer's products into its Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), which provides financial firms with a single end-to-end digital solution for branch, ATM, call center, mobil,e and online interactions.

"DigitalMailer has a reputation for building products that consistently help its clients improve the quality and relevance of their customer communications," said Chris Rasmussen, founder and CEO of Doxim, in a statement. "These solutions are extremely complementary to our existing Customer Engagement Platform, which is designed to help financial institutions automate customer interactions across all digital channels to compete more effectively in their core markets."

"I'm really excited that DigitalMailer is now part of Doxim. I have known the Doxim CEO, Chris Rasmussen, for many years and appreciate the consistent commitment to customer care that he and his team demonstrate," said Ron Daly, founder and CEO of DigitalMailer, in a statement. "We share the same mission to help our clients better connect to their customers through digital channels, raising the bar on their customers' experience. I am sure our clients will be well-served going forward."

The acquisition of DigitalMailer also expands Doxim’s U.S. presence, adding new offices in Herndon, Va., and Charlotte, N.C., to its existing office in New York.
