Deutsche Telekom and SugarCRM Sign Reseller Deal

Deutsche Telekom, with its systems solutions unit T-Systems, and SugarCRM today announced a global reseller alliance. T-Systems will deploy Sugar from its secure data centers in Germany and resell the cloud-based CRM solution and services to enterprise customers.

Under the agreement, T-Systems will resell Sugar as a hosted cloud solution on T-Systems' infrastructure. T-Systems will also offer customers on-premises CRM solutions and services. The deployment will initially focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with plans to expand the partnership worldwide in 2015.

"With SugarCRM as our valued technology partner, we will continue to expand our worldwide market reach and demonstrate an even higher level of success in the critical European market. For T-Systems, the alliance is another major building block in expanding its cloud business and global partner strategy."

T-Systems consultants, as well as its integration partners, will support customers with the design and implementation of advanced CRM systems, as well as additional critical data source integrations.
