Confirmit Partners with LivingLens

Confirmit has partnered with LivingLens, a provider of video intelligence software, to offer video capture and analysis within Confirmit Horizons for market research studies, voice of the customer (VoC) programs, and voice of the employee (VoE) programs.

The partnership enables Confirmit customers to carry out video data collection and analysis and combine results with existing feedback and research methods.

Users will be able to gain an enhanced, qualitative, and actionable view into the behavior, attitude, and opinions of respondents, customers, and employees, on a global scale," said Terry Lawlor, executive vice president of product management at Confirmit, in a statement. "The benefit for research and insight teams is that they will be able to readily capture and analyze video feedback alongside other survey response data. Video is unparalleled in its ability to bring people, their opinions, and subject matter to life, and the global reach and scale that LivingLens brings will enable organizations to better understand their customers from anywhere in the world in any language."

The Confirmit/LivingLens solution integrates video feedback with other survey response data. Webcam and mobile video capture is integrated into Confirmit Horizons by embedding video-based questions into MR, VoC, or VoE surveys. Video responses are catalogued in LivingLens' video visualization platform for tagging, transcribing, translating, and filtering the videos. Users can quickly analyze the spoken word, actions, objects, and sentiment, whatever the language. Insights uncovered from this analysis can be shared as clips or show reels to bring results to life.
