ComputerSupport.com, a provider of managed IT and cloud services for businesses, today announced a definitive merger agreement with VP Solutions, a Massachusetts based IT services provider with a strong presence in the legal industry.
The merger will bring expanded technology and deliverable competencies to both companies.
