ClientLoyalty Launches Buyer/Supplier Relationship Management Platform

ClientLoyalty, an enterprise relationship management software company, has launched Supplier Performance Management and Client Success Management.

ClientLoyalty's software operates by proactively analyzing direct feedback, social and news sentiments, and operational data, to pinpoint inefficiencies, risks, and relationship benefits, creating a continuous feedback loop between buyers and suppliers. The software aggregates the data and produces a Loyalty Index for users to better understand the strength of each buyer-supplier relationship. It incorporates the industry accepted standards of Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Six Sigma, predictive analytics, and benchmarking.

  • An Experience Rating from both parties' feedback;
  • A Reputation Rating from social and news sentiment;
  • A Performance Rating from operational data; and
  • A Loyalty Index for users to gain insights into the heath of the relationship.

After a successful beta that included multinational companies, tens of thousands of buyers and suppliers, the software migrated to full production code and is now commercially available. Users can trial the software free for 30 days and receive a 25 percent discount through June 30.
