CircleBack Partners with Swiftpage

CircleBack has partnered with Swiftpage. As a result of the partnership, Swiftpage's newest product in the Act! portfolio, Act! Cloud, will offer users CircleBack's artificially intelligent customer contact updating services along with the rest of its suite. The entire Act! portfolio will be offering this solution in the coming months.

"We have known for a while that the small business sector has a significant need for contact data. It has been one of our goals to deliver the accuracy of CircleBack's contact updates in a way that's affordable and useful to these businesses. By means of the Act! product portfolio, Swiftpage has helped us realize this goal."

CircleBack's offering will provide current Act! Cloud users with a full range of professional contact solutions, including the following:

  • Continued analysis and updating of all professional contacts stored in a business' Act! account;
  • Seamless, accurate de-duplication of all professional contacts stored in a business' Act! account;
  • Personalized notifications alerting businesses when their users are undergoing actionable changes (job changes, etc.); and
  • Contact data derived from artificial intelligence and shared economy for contact data.
