CSI Releases CSI IQ

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, has announced its newest core banking offering, CSI IQ, a comprehensive suite of business intelligence tools that is integrated into CSI's NuPoint core processing solution.

CSI recently partnered with SAP to deliver these data analytics solutions.

Focused on providing strategic analytics for banking, CSI IQ offers several key tools and services, including the following:

• CSI IQ Visualizer, an executive dashboard tool designed to provide dynamic, visual representations of data through at-a-glance views and what-if illustrations;
• CSI IQ Explorer, a self-service tool that includes dynamic search and exploration for both management and executive levels;
• CSI IQ Creator, a Web intelligence solution that enables banks to build, save, and publish reports meaningful to their business; and
• CSI IQ Viewer, which provides daily reports that are designed specifically for banks and maintained by CSI.

"The continued introduction of more technologically focused solutions has made data analytics a key business component for today's institutions. However, simply collecting data is not enough to impact the bank's bottom line," said Steve Powless, CEO of CSI, in a statement. "Through CSI IQ, financial institutions can uncover the value within their data to reveal new customer-centric insights that can increase profitability, drive growth, and reduce costs."

In addition to the solution's business intelligence tools, CSI IQ provides further insight through Customer View, which allows banks to gain a holistic view of each customer through an interactive and visual interface. This tool also is integrated as a new service within CSI's NuPoint platform, and it provides high-level summaries and informative views of customer information, as well as enhanced search capabilities.

Additionally, CSI has launched secure Wi-Fi services as a complement to CSI IQ, allowing banks to fully capitalize on the robust capabilities of CSI IQ anytime, anywhere. With the introduction of secure Wi-Fi services, banks can access the NuPoint core platform through tablets.
