Braze Launches Braze for Commerce

Braze, a customer engagement platform provider, has launched Braze for Commerce to help retail and e-commerce marketers increase sales through highly personalized campaigns driven by first-party data.

With Braze for Commerce, marketers can do the following:

  • Personalize experiences by tapping nto the new Braze Catalogs to infuse product data and recommendations into cross-channel messages. Branded recommendations can be built from catalog data reused across multiple campaigns using the new Braze Content Blocks for Drag and Drop Editor. Braze Surveys allows retailers to collect zero-party data on shopper preferences to inform campaign personalization.
  • Understand shoppers by capturing new kinds of data with tools like Braze Surveys, SMS click tracking, Segment Extensions, and the Braze Predictive Suite.
  • Unify customer journeys with the enhanced Braze Audience Sync feature to unite owned and paid channels, linking native Braze email, two-way SMS, mobile, and web, with paid social channels and shutting off Facebook or Google ad campaigns the moment a shopper converts elsewhere.

Braze for Commerce combines turnkey e-commerce integrations with the flexibility to orchestrate retail journeys across an array of native channels, allowing customers to create new and effective buying experiences."

As part of the launch, Braze also announced general availability of its Shopify integration in the Shopify App Store, allowing Shopify merchants to sync their customer and purchase data.
