BigContacts CRM Now Synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook

BigContacts, a provider of Web based customer relationship management software for small businesses, has synced its software with Microsoft Outlook. The software enhancement will allow users to synchronize contacts, calendar events, tasks and email between Outlook and BigContacts.

With the new plugin, account administrators will be able to customize the level of synchronization for each individual user. In addition, the new plugin allows administrators to select which specific contacts, meetings, or tasks will synchronize from BigContacts into each user's Outlook accounts. Administrators can also determine how often the program synchronizes.

"We have a number of great integrations that will be released in 2014 for our CRM software," said Bob Walton, founder and CEO of BigContacts, in a statement. "Many of our customers have been requesting Outlook integratio,n and we are happy to offer it to them now."

The BigContacts Outlook plugin is now available for Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2013 with new BigContacts 2.0 platform. The plugin is available free of charge to all BigContacts 2.0 users.

The Microsoft integration comes just two months after BigContacts partnered with ActiveCampaign  in the integration of CRM and email marketing platforms.
