Accenture Introduces a High Velocity Customer Experience Solution

Accenture is launching High Velocity Customer Experience, a preconfigured solution built on Accenture's global experience and leading practices on customer engagement and commerce solutions from SAP hybris.

High Velocity Customer Experience includes complete end-to-end project deliverables to support all aspects of the implementation lifecycle of SAP hybris' customer engagement and commerce solutions.

"High Velocity Customer Experience can help improve sales growth by maximizing customer face time and increasing customer retention and loyalty. It streamlines collaboration between sales, service, social marketing, and digital operations across the organization," said Chris Krammer, global managing director of Accenture's SAP Sales and Customer Service domain, in a statement. "Combined with the digital technologies provided by SAP hybris' customer engagement and commerce suite, this can dramatically improve the customer experience through an omnichannel platform that knocks down silos and boundaries and consolidates and harmonizes multiple data sources."
