Accenture Acquires Logic
Accenture is acquiring Logic, a retail technology services firm with strong capabilities in merchandising, stores, digital, analytics and cloud, enhancing its ability to drive technology transformations for retail clients globally. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
