ATSG Acquires Primary Support

Axispoint Technology Solutions Group (ATSG), a New York-based technology solutions provider, has acquired Primary Support of New York City, a managed services company offering support and professional services to small and midsized firms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition will allow ATSG to grow and enhance its managed services offering (Axiscare) and to provide a suite of other technology solutions to the Primary Support customer base.
