Manager, CRM Systems

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, the Manager, CRM Systems is responsible for the overall analysis and development of business process improvement as it relates to our admissions application system and recruitment communications planning. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the initial implementation of a customer relationship management system for Undergraduate Admissions as well as testing future upgrades and developing enhancements to support university enrollment goals. Working with the admissions team, the Manager, CRM Systems will develop and provide requirements, application process flow, and business processes, and analyze specific business problems to determine the appropriate technology solutions. In partnership with the customer relationship team, the Manager will develop, and work to enhance functionality after implementation by identifying any new workflows, views, dashboards, campaigns, application or console form changes. The Manager, CRM Systems will provide test plans and complete multiple rounds of testing and verification needed to move elements to production. S/he will develop and provide training and training documentation for admissions team and provide first-level support and troubleshooting for admissions team and applicants using the system. Performs other duties as assigned. 
Required Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree and at least one year related experience working with a CRM tool preferably in an undergraduate admissions setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities:
* Experience with Banner or other ERP systems.
*Strong strategic, analytical, programming, interfacing and testing skills.
*Demonstrated ability to elicit and document user requirements and to document completed applications.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate to a diverse group of management and staff.
* Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, if necessary.
