CRM (SFDC) Success Manager- Legal

Job Description

This position serves as a Salesforce.com consolidation success manager for the Legal business, including global legal sales, operations, marketing groups and technology departments.  The role of the CRM Success Manager is to deliver relevant business outcomes through process improvements and salesforce.com consolidation efforts and will lead, motivate and develop a team of 4-6 employees and contractors.

 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Support the Legal Salesforce.com consolidation efforts
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of direct reports.
  • Apply process, consulting support and functional expertise (where applicable)  in marketing and sales force automation processes/tools in formulating concepts to recommend improvements to marketing and sales process (i.e. Panorama and demand generation)
  • Develop constructive partnerships across the organization – Sales, Marketing, Legal Strategy, EBS, and Legal segments (e.g. UKI, Carswell, Elite, ANZ)
  • Travel up to 25% domestically & internationally
  • Leverage a broad set of disciplines, including data analysis/integration, change management, business process modeling, workflow documentation, communication, cross-team project planning, sales/marketing tools and automation experience to facilitate and assess business needs, drive transformational process improvements and ensure overall customer satisfaction among constituents within the CRM ecosystem
  • Manage SFDC/C9 dashboard and reports for all end-users of the legal Org
  • Manage Data integration efforts during and following migration projects
  • Manage the Change Management components of all migration efforts to ensure proper communication, org readiness and overall user experience
  • Collaborate and consult with key organizational contacts to bring structure and clarity to initial ambiguity while driving short and long term successes
  • Work with key business contacts to understand and document high level current state business workflows/processes and gap analysis (business process modeling)
  • Work both independently and as a leader of global and domestic cross-functional teams, managing project life cycles from ideation to presentation of final results.
  • Facilitate and lead presentations to stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Uses visualization techniques to better tell a story around consultant findings and recommendations.  Collaborates with key contacts to determine the best delivery method and content for audience.
  • Partner with Legal Strategy, EBS, CCO and other key global partners to stage business analysis work and transition ongoing business as usual (BAU) tasks/responsibilities.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Four year degree in business or marketing required
  • Minimum 7 years CRM experience with 3+ years Enterprise project management and organizational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience highly preferred
  • SFDC Administrative Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales systems tools and processes
  • Ability to lead and influence others based on business acumen and analytical knowledge.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills   Demonstrated experience across a variety of marketing and sales assignments.  Ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines and interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to network / lead various cross-functional resources in completing various projects.  Experience in working with external vendors / experts in completing different projects.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written, oral, presentation)
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • High level of initiative, with ability to work independently and lead/participate as part of a cross-team group
