CRM Marketing Manager

Description

 Intuit is looking for a CRM Manager to lead our efforts in engaging with our users, both in e-mail marketing as well as under a multi-channel strategy to improve our active user base retention rates.   The successful candidates should to be able to demonstrate ability in the following areas:     Responsibilities:  
  • Develop and implement a CRM program based on our users’ customer journey.
  • Create and execute customer segmentation strategies and programs to drive business objectives around increased customer retention
  • Manage an external ESP partner and drive customer growth and retention by delivering targeted, relevant and timely marketing campaigns in different digital channels, specially e-mail marketing
  • Continually test and learn new ways of driving efficiency and effectiveness of planned activities
  • Measure performance and orchestrate contingencies when required to deliver on monthly targets

Qualifications

 Marketing:  
  • Prior experience in CRM / E-mail marketing / Retention Marketing with a track-record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Understand our customers’ pain points and can translate into messaging to improve customer engagement
  • Data savvy, with ability to interpret data from multiple sources, identify trends and spot improvement areas
  • Strong digital marketer, with executing high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end, nurturing customer experiences
  • Show evidence of simplifying complex business problems & recommends workable alternative options
  • 3-5 years professional experience in CRM Marketing for an online/subscription-based product
    Leadership:  
  • Effectively influences across teams to mobilize cross-team initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact levers
  • Bias for action and experience with rapid testing and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills & business judgment
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, visual/presentation
  • High energy & positive mindset attitude within a change environment
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day
