Lora Kratchounova is the principal of Scratch Marketing + Media. Lora formed Scratch in 2009 as an integrated marketing and PR agency servicing the business-to-business technology space - data center technologies and solutions, security and infrastructure, SaaS applications, workplace collaboration and healthcare IT.

Lora has over 20 years of strategic marketing and field experience, spanning global companies and successful start-ups. She has worked in every discipline of marketing – across traditional and digital domains. Prior to forming Scratch, Lora was the VP of Marketing for a digital music community OurStage.com, built on crowdsourcing emerging talent by engaging the fans of millions of musicians and artists across the globe. Prior to that, at American Express, Lora served as marketing leader for a diverse line of expense management, lending and travel products, including product marketing and management for Amex Platinum, Gold and Government card portfolios.

Lora started her career with Shell Oil in Bulgaria as the marketing director for the company. Although Lora jokes about knowing next to nothing when she joined, this position allowed her to understand how marketing functions within an established organization, and the contributions marketing needs to be bring to help a business grow. This experience has remained with her throughout her career and now is culminating into the new Digital Marketing master course – Digital Marketing Strategies, at Brandeis University Raab School of Continuing Studies.
