Kerim is responsible for Pega’s suite of CRM applications, focusing on leveraging technologies like AI, mobile, cloud, social, and analytics to support business users. He is an advocate for building software that makes the underlying technology transparent and serves the needs of the business. Kerim also established Pega Academy, which provides courses and training to become a Pega-certified professional. He holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
