Joe is a Principal at EY with over 20 years of experience in architecting, integrating management consulting around large-scale technology implementations. Joe leads the Digital Customer & Finance Group (DCF) within our D&ET practice, including marketing, sales, service, social, search, eCommerce, and cloud ERP. Current technologies in DCF include: Dynamics CRM & AX, Adobe Campaign and Marketo, NetSuite, SAP Hybris, SFDC, Sprinklr, and Coveo.

Joe is a recognized thought leader in the area of customer relationship management (CRM), search, agent desktop optimization, customer service, integrated marketing, and product catalogs. An original object oriented and internet pioneer in CRM, Joe is regularly invited to speak at various CRM conferences and industry forums. Most recently he has blogged on Social Media Today, The Social Customer, articles on ZDNet and is a chapter author in The Social Media Management Handbook, (Wiley, 2011).
