Erin Robinson is Program Director of the Voice of the Customer team at AOL, leading a team of passionate people to grow a successful overall customer experience program from feedback to the global contact center and to, most notably, social media. She is committed to ease a customer's journey from end to end - focused on single-contact resolution and product satisfaction. She's developed numerous social listening channels and response mechanisms as well as worked with other teams to create social customer care solutions for their products and services. Erin brings more than 10 years of experience to the table and is an evangelist for social support and education for product managers to participate in the social customer setting. 

Erin has a degree in Communications, a background in design and copywriting and is a certified ScrumMaster. She is a sought out speaker on social media customer support and customer care, including Dreamforce, Pubcon and Social Media Week. This summer, Erin's launching a fashion and lifestyle blog, High-end Hoarder, as a creative outlet sharing her personal style through daily outfits, home décor and working mom tips. Erin loves what she does every day. She and her husband reside in Northern Virginia where she's a new mom to a baby boy, and obsessed with her puppy Lilly.
