A seasoned educator, Ben believes that educating customers on how CRM solutions align with their needs is the best way to begin the journey in making a CRM buying decision, as well as getting the most out their investment. Ben is frequently engages with clients to help them develop a strategy for CRM success, starting with choosing the solution that best aligns with that strategy. In addition, Ben heads the Plus Consulting training team, where his background in transformative learning is used to develop a curriculum for CRM success.
