Velocify Enhances Sales Activity Prioritization Engine
New features give sales reps added visibility into rules-based guided selling and provide coaching.

Velocify, a provider of cloud-based intelligent sales automation software, today announced an upgrade of its Sales Activity Prioritization Engine, a key feature in its LeadManager solution.

Velocify's prioritization engine gives salespeople a single, real-time view into their highest priority leads and opportunities based on where the prospect is in the sales cycle, follow-up meetings scheduled, response to ongoing interactions, time elapsed since last action, and lead score.

To provide more insight into each prioritized activity recommended, Velocify is introducing Priority Info Bars, giving sales reps visibility into the reasons why a call or activity is being presented as a priority and providing on-screen coaching tips to increase sales effectiveness with calls made throughout the day.

"When salespeople begin their day, their success is largely determined by the prospective customers they choose to contact and the activities they choose to perform," said Velocify CEO and President Nick Hedges, in a statement. "Automated Prioritization, combined with Velocify's Guided Selling capability, can drastically increase a sales rep's productivity, taking the guesswork out of who to call next."
