Unmetric Integrates With Oracle Social Cloud
Unmetric's integration with Oracle Social Cloud will help companies track performance and benchmark social campaigns against competitors.

Unmetric, provider of a social media intelligence platform, will be working with Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle's platform to help companies manage and scale their customer relationships on social media. Oracle will add Unmetric's competitive analytics capabilities to Oracle Social Relationship Management (SRM), which include tools for social listening, publishing, engagement, analytics, and workflow management.

"We continually add capabilities to enable our customers to innovate and take advantage of real-time insights for better data-driven business decisions," said John Stetic, group vice president of Oracle Marketing Cloud, in a statement. "The integration of Oracle Social Cloud with Unmetric is another example of our expanding ecosystem for seamless solutions; it will provide our customers with a new way to quickly assess their marketplace and develop strategies against their competitors."

The integration will provide companies with the data and metrics necessary to analyze brand performance and benchmark against competitors. Comprehensive metrics and one-click reports enable companies to analyze competitors’ strategy and use that intelligence to improve their own performance.

"Unmetric works alongside a brand's social listening and publishing tools, and this integration will enable Oracle Social Cloud customers to gain a competitive edge."
