Swrve Adds Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration

Swrve, a provider of mobile marketing automation, has integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, allowing mobile marketers to create omnichannel campaigns that leverage customer data from both Salesforce and Swrve and provide a seamless experience across Web, email, and mobile.

The integration extends the power of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud right inside Swrve's native mobile app and lets mobile marketers deliver mobile user activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.

With this integration from Swrve, Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers can now create mobile marketing campaigns of all types from within the Journey Builder environment. Marketing Cloud customers can deliver enhanced push notifications, real-time native interstitials, rich media conversations, surveys, and video to their mobile app users. In addition, the integration allows two-way user profile data sync so campaigns can be run across Web, mobile, and email channels seamlessly.
