Badgeville Gamifies Customer Success
New Application Connectors bring digital motivation to leading collaboration, service, and CRM systems.

Badgeville, a provider of business gamification solutions, has launched Application Connectors targeted at customer success applications. These new products enable companies to streamline their gamification deployments, expand the activities rewarded, and achieve greater visibility into user behavior and performance.

The new Application Connectors make it easier for companies to integrate gamification into their customer success applications. The latest connectors bring Badgeville to Jive 6 and 7.x, WordPress, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Salesforce1.

"Deeper integration into the core enterprise application experience is a cornerstone of our strategy," said Steve Sims, chief design officer at Badgeville, in a statement. "These new connectors streamline the process of deploying Badgeville's solution and provide customers more options and greater flexibility in achieving gamification objectives."

The Badgeville Application Connectors include the following:

  • Gamification and Digital Motivation for Customer Journey Applications and Social Actions: detect, analyze, and reward actions, such as opportunity/lead creation, brand advocacy, knowledge sharing, posts, replies, polls, praises, mentions, etc., globally or within specific groups;
  • Posting of Rewards: post rewards earned for activity, expertise, peer recognition, etc. automatically to feeds and activity streams; and
  • Audience Analytics: capture behavioral analytics on customers, partners and employees, engagement, collaboration and recognition.
