The Market Leader Awards rate the top five vendors in nine categories based on a composite score that includes revenue, revenue growth, market share, customer wins, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of product functionality, and company direction. Leaders will be rated in the following categories:

- Business Intelligence
- Sales Force Automation

- Data Quality
The CRM Influential Leader Awards
CRM magazine's Influential Leader Award recognizes individual achievement among CRM project leaders, consultants, analysts, vendor executives or developers, and other industry influencers.
The CRM Rising Star Awards
The CRM Rising Star Awards recognize vendors that are paving the way in emerging markets with innovative product launches, bold initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, or substantial organizational or product-line restructuring.
The CRM Elite Awards
