VanillaDoft today released its VanillaSoft App on the Salesforce.com App Exchange, allowing users of Salesforce.com and VanillaSoft to move leads back and forth between applications. VanillaSoft is used by organizations focused on selling, prospecting, or setting appointments through outbound sales calls.
The new App will allow users of both platforms to take advantage of the CRM features of Salesforce.com while enjoying the selling features of VanillaSoft.

VanillaSoft customers who are also customers of Salesforce.com will be able to use the CRM platform that Salesforce.com offers while leveraging the features that VanillaSoft delivers, such as auto dialing, next-best-lead routing, call recording, and real-time calling stats. Working in real time, the app can route a lead through VanillaSoft, placing and resulting a sales call. The user's Salesforce.com account is instantly updated with the results. In addition, Salesforce.com users can query out a specific list of leads to move into the VanillaSoft platform to be worked.
