In the news... Onyx has partnered with Access Data to provide a new hosted, embedded solution as a vertical solution for the financial services industry. Access Data has integrated its hosted SalesVision solution, designed for the specific needs of investment management firms, according to Onyx, by combining its SalesVision sales reporting, compensation, and revenue management tools with Onyx Enterprise CRM. The company has also announced a partnership with MEMBERS Development Company and Inforte to build a CRM application specific to the credit union industry, via embedded CRM. QAS, an international provider of address management software, announced a partnership with CommercialWare, integrating its QuickAddress Pro address management solution with CommercialWare's CWDirect version 8.0 order management and fulfillment suite. The integrated products are designed to help reduce undeliverable mail, product delivery returns, and bill-backs, and to improve call center efficiency, the company says. Users can add QuickAddress Pro's address validation functionality to their customer-entry front end to ensure that addresses are verified against official U.S. Postal Service and international postal authority data. Deals of the week... NetSuite has announced the signing of new customers Biz360, Olympia, Retail Management Solutions, Postmark DMS, and Qtranslation. Amdocs announced that Rural Cellular Corporation has selected Amdocs for its integrated CRM and billing platform. Time Warner Cable has selected Chordiant Enterprise Marketing, Chordiant Contact Center, and Chordiant Straight-Through Service Processing as business process components in its Customer Value Creation strategy. UniPress Software announced that Cinergy Communications has selected the company's FootPrints for eService to power its service desk operations. InfoCision Management, a teleservices firm, has signed a deal to replace its contact center technology at all 21 sites in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia with software from Interactive Intelligence by the end of May.
Concerto Software announced that Computer Sciences Corporation has selected its EnsemblePro customer interaction management platform to support customer service operations in its banking BPO center. Executive changes... Airframe Business Software has appointed Olivier Delerm vice president of product marketing, and Alexander Balva vice president of product development. Prior to Airframe Delerm held numerous senior management positions at Siebel Systems, most recently serving as group director for the life sciences and consumer goods product lines. Balva joins the company from Exigen Group, where he served as chief software architect. Prior to joining Exigen Balva was in charge of business applications for Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories.
