InvisibleCRM Releases SalesFolder 3.0

InvisibleCRM today released SalesFolder 3.0, a new version of the file management solution for salesforce.com.

SalesFolder is one of the desktop integration solutions for salesforce.com developed by InvisibleCRM. It features a Dropbox-like functionality that allows users to share their files with salesforce.com and creates a complete CRM document repository right on the desktop, allowing the user to edit and share files without a need to open salesforce.com or be on-line.

Main SalesFolder features include the folowing:

  • Dropbox-like functionality, enabling file editing and automated sharing even offline;
  • Tight integration with MS Office;
  • Automated share and delivery to all users;
  • Autocomplete and autosuggestion feature allowing for instant file associating with salesforce.com records.

This new version of SalesFolder now allows working with custom objects, advanced filtering, and smart deletion management\protection.

"Everyone is familiar with Dropbox/Box.net-like solutions that allow storing and sharing your files through the cloud," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of InvisibleCRM, in a statement. "SalesFolder converts your salesforce.com into real Dropbox/Box.net for your needs, but combined with more extensive features than salesforce.com alone."

All current SalesFolder users can take advantage of a free upgrade to the new version. To help new users get to know and adopt SalesFolder better, InvisibleCRM is announcing a Premium User Support program that will feature free user training sessions among other initiatives.
