CRM Consultants Join Forces

Two CRM consultancies are joining forces to serve customers an end-to-end CRM offering from strategic development to technology integration. CRM strategy consultant High-Yield Marketing is teaming up with technology consultant Caribou Lake to provide a full spectrum of services including strategic development, workflow redesign, process re-engineering and CRM data management integration. "Between the two of us, we can now offer customers and end-to-end solution," says Dick Lee of High-Yield Marketing. "Usually during the evaluation process, once the software was selected, my services were pulled out. Caribou offers the technology integration and how the CRM solution fits into the IT house," he said. Lee says although both companies will remain independent, the two consulting organizations will approach all new CRM initiatives together. "We have a joint go to market strategy on all CRM work," Lee says. Lee is among the pioneers of the CRM industry and formed HYM in 1994. His clients include 3M Co., American Express, GE and Microsoft. Caribou carries top clients including BMW, Coca-Cola and Federal Express.
