TeamSupport Launches Integration with Zoho CRM

TeamSupport.com, a provider of customer support software, today launched expanded integration with Zoho CRM.

TeamSupport now offers native integration with Zoho CRM. In addition to syncing company, contact, and product information between TeamSupport and Zoho, TeamSupport customers now can also define and sync custom fields, allowing the seamless flow of customer information.

TeamSupport's enhanced Zoho integration improves two-way data flow. Now, when a user creates a help ticket in TeamSupport, notes appear within the customer's Zoho record. Likewise, when data is entered in Zoho, the data flows into TeamSupport. This integration provides seamless, bi-directional synchronization of customer data between the two platforms.

With this expanded integration between TeamSupport and Zoho, sales, marketing, and customer support team members within a company will have a comprehensive, up-to-the-minute view of their customer, no matter where data is entered.

"TeamSupport is one of the most powerful, yet easy-to-use customer support software suites available, and Zoho is a leading provider of on-demand CRM software," said Robert Johnson, CEO of TeamSupport, in a statement. "The collaboration of this software can dramatically improve data sharing within an organization. The latest integration allows users to further optimize their sales, marketing, contact management, and customer service activities."
