Intelliverse Integrates IntelliConnection Calling App into Salesforce.com
The integration unites two sales prospecting tools to increase sales activity and lead conversion.

Intelliverse, a provider of cloud communications, has established an integration of its IntelliConnection sales prospecting tool with Salesforce.com's CRM system.

This integrated Salesforce solution provides seamless access and transfer of data between both systems and integrated reporting of call logs and contact histories. The combination of IntelliConnection Calling Application and Salesforce.com eliminates dialing for sales reps and syncing all data. IntelliConnection connects lead databases to sales campaigns and enables sales reps to begin dialing sessions directly from Salesforce.com. All IntelliConnection results are stored in Salesforce, including dials, conversations, and follow-up activities for each salesperson, creating a complete, consolidated contact history. This information enables sales managers to identify when activity levels are not meeting expectations.
