Verint Releases Engagement Management Solutions in Japanese
Verint is working with IIJ Global Solutions to expand its presence in Japan and across Asia.

Verint Systems has released a Japanese language version of Verint Engagement Management, a set of customer service capabilities that include employee desktop, case management, email management, knowledge management, live chat, advanced co-browse, Web self-service, and more.

Verint Engagement Management is part of the broader Verint Customer Engagement Optimization portfolio, which also includes advanced solutions for customer analytics and workforce optimization.

In addition, the company has formalized a new partnership with Japanese systems and networks integrator IIJ Global Solutions to widen the availability of the solution in the Japanese market and across Asia.
