Unmetric Adds Facebook Reactions Tracking
Facebook Reactions provides companies with insights into how consumers react emotionally to their Facebook posts.

Unmetric, providers of a social media intelligence platform, has added Facebook Reactions tracking to the Facebook Insights feature of its Analyze product. Analyze for social media analysts is one of three core products Unmetric offers alongside Discover for brand content creators and Track for marketers.

Facebook Reactions allow users to express emotions on posts beyond the original Like. Reactions include buttons for Love, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry, capturing a range of core emotions. For companies, Facebook Reactions create a new line of sight into consumer sentiment and provide a more detailed view of how fans feel about any specific piece of content.

Within Unmetric's Analyze product, social media analysts can connect their brand pages to the Facebook Insights feature. Unmetric's Facebook Insights brings all page metrics into one place and enables them to see what's working or not working, understand the people who like their pages, and engage with their posts.

In addition to the existing Facebook Insights metrics, including likes, reach, impressions, engagement, and visits, Unmetric will now enable companies that have Facebook Insights integrated to track all of the Facebook Reactions their own posts receive.
