Tellwise has launched a cloud-based sales acceleration platform that automates managing and tracking sales leads through the entire lifecycle, from start to close, and streamlines how buyers and sellers communicate along the customer journey.

Deeply integrated with Salesforce.com, Tellwise combines the email, instant messaging, collaboration, and social media-like features, with powerful analytics to drive better prospect behavior mapping combined with delivery of highly-focused content.

Tellwise SmartChat feature transforms a simple email into a sales acceleration driver. Tellwise Smart Messages create an instant collaboration environment. Within a Smart Message users can instantly add-in other participants, toggle from email to IM, collaborate and/or share documents, and track analytics on usage/interaction patters, content views, and other activity behind each interaction/campaign.

SmartChat is fully linked with and synchronized to Salesforce. Customer and prospect communications conducted through Tellwise are automatically and completely logged into Salesforce.com, enabling ongoing tracking, analysis, and reporting and increasing sales forecast accuracy.
